Wow we can’t believe a year has gone since our first in person event at this venue 12 months ago! We are buzzing to be back here with you all and especially over 2 days. Kicking off on Saturday night with ages 14 & over and then on Sunday for up to 13 years.
Delighted to welcome 3 new judges spending the weekend with us- Stephanie, Michael & Victoria!
Please see below firstly all the general info which applies to both days of our event and then the schedule and age categories for each of the 3 main sections;
Saturday evening (14 years & over), Sunday morning (9 years & under) and finally for Sunday afternoon (10 years & over).
General Info
Parking- The venue has a pay and display car park. It is free for 15 mins then the charge kicks in.
The parking tariff is: £5 – Up to 12 hours, £10 – Up to 24 hours
This can be paid for at the pay and display with cash or you can pay by card over the phone by calling 0330 4007 275 and the location ID is 804 559. The front desk staff on Reception, will not take payment unless you are staying over in the hotel. Please note if this car park is full , there is also a large car park at the back and on street parking around the venue.
Food & drink policy– There is a range of food available in the food court at the venue sandwiches, chips etc as well as a tuck shop and a bar inside the ballroom which will be open throughout).
Packed lunches are permitted to be brought inside the ballroom but can we kindly ask everyone to clear away any rubbish before they leave.
Wristbands– Please have your wristbands on and fastened securely before entering the building. Lost, damaged or forgotten wristbands will not be replaced and will have to be re-purchased on the door. Please see our full wristband policy here- https://allnations.dance/wristband-policy/
Additional wristbands will be on sale on the door for £22 but these are only available to people attending with a dance school that is booked on to the event and not available to the general public (in line with our safeguarding policy)
Dancers getting changed- Please can we ask that if dancers need to change at any point during their time at the competition, that they do this is the toilets or changing areas. Please do not change children inside the ballroom.
Photo/video policy- A reminder that you are permitted to take photographs and videos of your own dancers whilst they are performing. If anyone objects to this, please see us prior to the start of the event.
Allocated seating- All seating will be reserved clearly with your dance school name.
