All Nations Competition- Sunday 10th March, QEH, Oldham, Manchester

Super excited to be back in Manchester for our next event! Firstly, let us introduce our judges for the day! A big welcome to Vincent, Victoria, Alexandra, James & Lisa.

We are looking forward to an action packed day with you all. The day will be split into 3 main sections (9 & under, 10 – 13 years and 14 & over).

Please see some other useful information below to help you plan your time with us.

Parking– The venue has a large pay & display car park. Its free for 3 hours on weekends but you still must display a ticket from when you arrive (even if staying under 3 hours). If staying for longer than 3 hours, it is roughly £4 for the day. The machine accepts cash & card.

Address of venue- West Street, Oldham, Manchester, OL1 1QJ

Note Car Park Address- New Radcliffe Street, Oldham, Manchester, OL1 1NL

Food & drink policy– There is a great range of food available at the venue (bacon & sausage sandwiches, chips, chip sandwiches,  jumbo hot dogs, cold sandwiches etc, ice cream, sweets etc) as well as an open bar serving hot & cold drinks all day. Packed lunches are permitted to be brought inside the ballroom but can we kindly ask everyone to clear away any rubbish before they leave. Please don’t bring hot takeaway food inside.

Wristbands– Please have your wristbands on and fastened securely before entering the building. Lost, damaged or forgotten wristbands will not be replaced and will have to be re-purchased on the door.  Please see our full wristband policy here- https://allnations.dance/wristband-policy/

Additional wristbands will be on sale on the door for £23 but these are only available to people attending with a dance school that is booked on to the event and not available to the general public (in line with our safeguarding policy)

Photo/video policy– A reminder that you are permitted to take photographs and videos of your own dancers whilst they are performing. If anyone objects to this, please see us prior to the start of the event. Please consider your privacy settings when uploading any content online.

Photos at the event- Our usual photographer Paul from Kick & Flick will be there on the day. There will be a QR code pinned up around the room with a link to the photos when they are ready and we will also email teachers after the event with a password for you to access when they are available. Please can we ask that you don’t send individual messages to us for the link- your teacher will pass this on to you once they are available.

Awards presentation – We think you will all be familiar now with how we run our awards immediately each final. Please can we ask that other than teachers, there is no more than 1 spectator per dancer who comes onto the floor at this time. Please leave the floor at the sides after having photos and do not walk through the dancers preparing for the next event. We will also have a display at the back of the room for anyone wanting to spend longer having photos.
