General Rules

All dancers, spectators & students must be wearing their wristband before entering the venue. Lost/ forgotten wristbands will be charged for in full at the event. Please see our full wristband policy here.

All children aged under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will take full responsibility for their safety and well being whilst at the competition venue.

Dancers and parents should be aware that they should sit in their designated seating area and that they should not block the views of other schools

Competitors take part at their own risk. All dancers must be suitably fit and well for taking part in the competition. Should anyone have any medical concerns, please check with GP / health professional prior to taking part.

Dancers are not permitted to eat or chew gum whilst competing or practising.

Dancers will be given their competition number on arrival at the event by their teacher. This should be pinned to the front of their clothing and this should be secure and visible when performing.

The organisers decision is final in all matters and any queries in relation to the event must be made by the dance school teacher to our event staff.

Please check the event schedule which will be available on our website & social media pages 1 week prior to the event with the times for each age category so you know when to arrive.

All dancers must be entered in advanced through a dance school/ teacher. We do not accept individual entries or entries on the day of the event.
