We are thrilled to welcome you all back for another All Nations event held at Queen Elizabeth Hall in Oldham. Looking forward to sharing the day with you all and celebrate all the effort that all the dancers have put in since our last event.
Please see below some information to help you plan your day with us. There will be 3 main sections to this compeititon
1- 9 years & under
2- 10-13 years
3- 14 years & over
Please note for this competition we will be running it in the same format as our March event where the awards are immediately presented after each final have danced.
7.50am- Access for teachers
8am- Doors open for dancers & spectators
8.30am- 9 years & under latin solos
9.45am- 9 years & under latin pairs (u6, u8, u10 years for each dance)
10am- 9 years & under ballroom solos
11am- 9 years & under ballroom pairs (u6, u8, u10 years for each dance)
11.15am- 9 years & under classical solos
12pm- 9 years & under classical pairs (u6, u8, u10 years for each dance)
12.15pm- 10-13 years classical solos
(No entries in 10-13 years classical pairs)
1.15pm- 10-13 years ballroom solos
2.45pm- 10-13 years ballroom pairs (u12 & u14 for each dance)
3pm- 10-13 years latin solos
4.30pm- 10-13 years latin pairs (u12 & u14 for each dance)
4.45pm- 14 years & over classical solos
5.40pm- 14 years & over classical pairs (u16, u30, 30 & over for each dance)
5.45pm- 14 years & over ballroom solos
7pm- 14 years & over ballroom pairs (u16, u30, 30 & over for each dance)
7.15pm- 14 years & over latin solos
8.15pm- 14 years & over latin pairs (u16, u30, 30 & over for each dance)
9pm- Approx finish time
Parking- The venue has a large pay & display car park. Its free for 3 hours on weekends but you still must display a ticket from when you arrive (even if staying under 3 hours). If staying for longer than 3 hours, it is roughly £4 for the day. The machine accepts cash & card.

Food & drink policy– There is a great range of food available at the venue (bacon & sausage sandwiches, chips, chip sandwiches, jumbo hot dogs, cold sandwiches etc, ice cream, sweets etc) as well as an open bar serving hot & cold drinks all day.Packed lunches are permitted to be brought inside the ballroom but can we kindly ask everyone to clear away any rubbish before they leave. Please don’t bring hot takeaway food inside.
Wristbands– Please have your wristbands on and fastened securely before entering the building. Lost, damaged or forgotten wristbands will not be replaced and will have to be re-purchased on the door. Please see our full wristband policy here- https://allnations.dance/wristband-policy/
Additional wristbands will be on sale on the door for £22 but these are only available to people attending with a dance school that is booked on to the event and not available to the general public (in line with our safeguarding policy)
Photo/video policy- A reminder that you are permitted to take photographs and videos of your own dancers whilst they are performing. If anyone objects to this, please see us prior to the start of the event.
Allocated seating- All seating will be reserved clearly with your dance school name.
