You will notice that the day is split into 2 main sections
10 years & under
11 years & over
Then all Classical categories will be in one section in the middle of the day.

Schedule
8am – Doors open to teachers
8:10am – Doors open to dancers/spectators
8:45am – 10 years & under Latin (awards presented immediately after each final)
10:15am – 10 years & under Ballroom (awards presented immediately after each final)
11:30am – All ages Classical (awards presented immediately after each final)
1.15pm – 11 years & over Ballroom (awards presented immediately after each final)
2.45pm – 11 years & over Latin (awards presented immediately after each final)
4:30pm – Estimated finish time
Parking- The venue has a large pay & display car park. Its free for 3 hours on weekends but you still must display a ticket from when you arrive (even if staying under 3 hours). If staying for longer than 3 hours, it is roughly £4 for the day. The machine accepts cash & card.

Food & drink policy– There is a great range of food available at the venue (bacon & sausage sandwiches, chips, chip sandwiches, jumbo hot dogs, cold sandwiches etc, ice cream, sweets etc) as well as an open bar serving hot & cold drinks all day.Packed lunches are permitted to be brought inside the ballroom but can we kindly ask everyone to clear away any rubbish before they leave. Please don’t bring hot takeaway food inside.
Wristbands– Please have your wristbands on and fastened securely before entering the building. Lost, damaged or forgotten wristbands will not be replaced and will have to be re-purchased on the door. Please see our full wristband policy here- https://allnations.dance/wristband-policy/
Additional wristbands will be on sale on the door for £22 but these are only available to people attending with a dance school that is booked on to the event and not available to the general public (in line with our safeguarding policy)
Photo/video policy- A reminder that you are permitted to take photographs and videos of your own dancers whilst they are performing. If anyone objects to this, please see us prior to the start of the event.
Allocated seating- All seating will be reserved clearly with your dance school name.
