This is one of our smaller events- Brilliant for dancers who are new to competitions!
Dancers can enter a maximum of 5 solo events (if not entering pairs) and a maximum of 6 events (if entering pairs). This can be a combination of
A maximum of 2 latin solo events
A maximum of 2 ballroom solo events
A maximum of 2 classical events
A maximum of 1 latin pairs event
A maximum of 1 ballroom pairs event
A maximum of 1 classical pairs event
We have now processed the entries for this event and are able to bring you a full schedule, age categories and some more information. Please see below the info you need to help you plan your time with us. The day will be split into 3 main sections
– Solo events for dancers aged 10 years & under
– All pairs events
– Solo events for dancers aged 11 years & over

Parking- As the venue is in the town centre, there is lots of on street parking around the venue, most of which is free on Sundays.
Food & Drink Policy– The venue has a bar serving hot & cold drinks all day. Hot dogs will be available and a tuck shop. Packed lunches are permitted to be brought inside the ballroom but can we kindly ask everyone to clear away any rubbish before they leave. Please don’t bring hot takeaway food or drink inside. Downstairs at the venue is a café area also serving drinks, cakes etc.
Wristbands– Please have your wristbands on and fastened securely before entering the building. Lost, damaged or forgotten wristbands will not be replaced and will have to be re-purchased. Please see our full wristband policy on the website.
There will be a limited number of wristbands available on the door priced at £22- priority access will be given to those who have a wristband in advance.
Photo/Video Policy- A reminder that you are permitted to take photographs and videos of your own dancers whilst they are performing solos & duos. If anyone objects to this, please see us prior to the start of the event.
Allocated Seating- All seating will be reserved clearly with your dance school name.
Dancers changing- Please can we ask that dancers strictly do not get changed in the ballroom or any open public areas. Please use toilets or room located halfway up the stairs.
