We have now processed the entries for this event and are able to bring you a full schedule, age categories and some more information. Please see below the info you need to help you plan your time with us. The day will be split into 2 main sections (10 years & under 11 years & over with all pairs dances being done in between the 2 sections).
To help minimise the number of attendees in the room at once, please can we kindly ask that attendees where possible only attend for the sections they are involved in (rather than staying for the full day to watch all ages). We recommend attending no earlier than 30 minutes before your section starts where possible. If you do arrive early for your section, it would be a great help if you could wait in the new café area downstairs until attendees from the previous section start to leave.
We suggest where possible that attendees arrive for their section no earlier than 30 minutes prior to the timetable.

Parking- The venue doesn’t have it’s own car park however as it is located in the town centre, there is lots of on street parking around the venue, most of which is free on Sundays.
Food & Drink Policy– The venue has a bar serving hot & cold drinks all day. Hot dogs will be available and a tuck shop. Packed lunches are permitted to be brought inside the ballroom but can we kindly ask everyone to clear away any rubbish before they leave. Please don’t bring hot takeaway food or drink inside. Downstairs at the venue is a new large café area also serving drinks and this is also a good area to wait if you arrive before your section starts to help us reduce the people in the main room.
Wristbands– Please have your wristbands on and fastened securely before entering the building. Lost, damaged or forgotten wristbands will not be replaced and will have to be re-purchased. Please see our full wristband policy on the website.
Additional wristbands will be on sale on the door for £22 but these are only available to people attending with a dance school that is booked on to the event and not available to the general public (in line with our safeguarding policy)
Photo/video policy- A reminder that you are permitted to take photographs and videos of your own dancers whilst they are performing. If anyone objects to this, please see us prior to the start of the event.
Allocated seating- All seating will be reserved clearly with your dance school name.

8:15am – Doors open
9am – Section 1 Latin Solos (awards presented immediately after each final)
10:30am – Section 1 Ballroom Solos (awards presented immediately after each final)
12pm – Section 1 Classical Solos (awards presented immediately after each final)
1pm – Pairs all styles & ages (note order will be Classical, Ballroom then Latin)
2pm – Section 2 Classical Solos (awards presented immediately after each final)
3pm – Section 2 Ballroom Solos (awards presented immediately after each final)
4:15pm – Section 2 Latin Solos (awards presented immediately after each final)
