We are absolutely buzzing for our debut event in Liverpool this Sunday! We are delighted to welcome you all to the Adelphi Hotel for a fun fulled day of dance!

Please see below all the information you need to plan your day with us. The day will be split into 2 main Sections
Section 1- ages 11 years and under
Section 2 – ages 12 years & over
Then all ages will be combined in the middle of the day for Classical events & all pairs events
Full Schedule
9am- Doors open
9.30am- Section 1 Latin solos (awards presented immediately after each final)
10.45am- Section 1 Ballroom solos (awards presented immediately after each final)
12pm- Section 1 & 2 Classical solos (awards presented immediately after each final)
1.15pm- All pairs events in order of Classical, Ballroom then Latin (awards presented immediately after each final)
2pm- Section 2 Ballroom solos (awards presented immediately after each final)
3pm- Section 2 Latin solos (awards presented immediately after each final)
4pm- Expected finish time
Venue Details:
• Location: Banqueting Hall inside the Adelphi Hotel Liverpool, L3 5UL. Please enter via the Dome entrance (see hotel image here)
• Parking: Ample parking is available both at the hotel car park which is accessed from Brownlow Hill (pay as you leave- please check info on arrival) & also there is an NCP (Mount Pleasant) across the road. Click the link here to see images of both in relation to the hotel)
• Food & Drink: Attendees are permitted to bring packed lunches/ cold drinks inside the ballroom but can we kindly ask everyone to clear away any rubbish before they leave. There will not be any food available to purchase in the hall on the day.
Important Information:
• Wristbands: Ensure your wristbands are securely fastened before entering. Lost or damaged wristbands won’t be replaced. Additional wristbands available at the door for £22 (for attendees with a booked dance school).
• Photo/Video: You can photograph and video your dancers during their performances. If anyone objects to this, please see us prior to the start of the event.
• Allocated Seating: All seating will be reserved with your dance school name. If you arrive on Sunday for the afternoon section whilst the morning section is still running, you are welcome to sit on the balcony until more seating has come available downstairs as this section leave.
